Directions

FROM CHICAGO AREA:  Take Northwest Tollway (I-90) west to Rockford.
Take second Rockford exit, State Street (Bus. Route 20), near the Clock Tower Resort.
Turn right onto State Street. Take State St. west to Jefferson St. (approx. 8 miles). Turn right onto Jefferson St. (Please note: you will make a left turn in 0.3 miles). Turn left onto 1st St. Turn right onto Oak St. Follow Oak St. into the UW Health Sports Factory parking lot.

FROM EAST (LAKE/McHENRY CO.):  Take IL Route 173 west towards Machesney Park.
Merge onto I-39 S/I-90 E. Take the US-20 BUS/State St. exit. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Rockford and merge onto US-20 BUS W/E State St. Take State St. west to Jefferson St. (approx. 8 miles). Turn right onto Jefferson St. (Please note: you will make a left turn in 0.3 miles). Turn left onto 1st St. Turn right onto Oak St. Follow Oak St. into the UW Health Sports Factory parking lot.

FROM MILWAUKEE AREA:  Take Interstate 43 south to Interstate 90 (in Beloit).
Take 90 East to the US-20 BUS/State St exit.  Take State St. west to Jefferson St. (approx. 8 miles). Turn right onto Jefferson St. (Please note: you will make a left turn in 0.3 miles). Turn left onto 1st St. Turn right onto Oak St. Follow Oak St. into the UW Health Sports Factory parking lot.

FROM MADISON AREA:  Take Interstate 90-East to the US-20 BUS/State St exit.  Take State St. west to Jefferson St. (approx. 8 miles). Turn right onto Jefferson St. (Please note: you will make a left turn in 0.3 miles). Turn left onto 1st St. Turn right onto Oak St. Follow Oak St. into the UW Health Sports Factory parking lot.

FROM THE WEST (FREEPORT):  Take U.S. BUSINESS Route 20 east.  Use the left lane to take the exit toward US-20 BUS E/W State St. Continue onto US-20 BUS E/W State St. Turn right onto Kilburn Ave. Continue onto Chestnut St. The UW Health Sports Factory will be on your right when you cross the bridge. Turn right on Madison Street to access the parking lot.
 
FROM THE SOUTH (ROCHELLE):  Take Interstate 39 North and exit onto (Bypass) U.S. Route 20 West (towards Freeport).  Exit at Main Street, North.  Take Main Street north to Chestnut Street. Turn right on Chestnut Street (please note that you may not turn right on the red light at this intersection). The UW Health Sports Factory will be on your right when you cross the bridge. Turn right on Madison Street to access the parking lot.
